Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trovapay website and mobile app (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must give accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password, PIN and devices secure and for all activity on your account.
• Tell us immediately at info@abiodunajagbe.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may require identity verification (KYC) and ask for further information at any time. We may limit, suspend or close accounts, or delay or refuse transactions, where needed to meet legal and regulatory obligations or to prevent fraud and financial crime.

Trovapay lets you buy and sell supported crypto assets with Naira, redeem supported gift cards and pay bills through the mobile app. This website is informational; trading takes place in the app. Supported assets, rates, limits and features can change at any time.

• Rates shown on the website are indicative. The rate that applies is the one confirmed in the app at the time you place your order.
• Fees and limits are shown in the app before you confirm a transaction.
• Once a transaction is confirmed it may not be reversible. Check amounts and recipient details carefully.
• Crypto transfers are sent to the address you provide. We cannot recover assets sent to a wrong or incompatible address.

• Using the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
• Submitting stolen, counterfeit, previously redeemed or fraudulently obtained gift cards.
• Trying to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
• Opening accounts using false identity information or allowing others to use your account.

Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose some or all of the value you commit. Please read our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time, subject to completing pending transactions. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users and the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trovapay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, market losses, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network congestion, third-party outages and changes in law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new date above, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept it.
